How to find your refrigerator model number
Where to look
Most refrigerators have a rating plate or sticker inside the cabinet — often on a side wall near the top, along the ceiling of the fresh-food section, or near the crisper drawers. Open the main doors and scan for a silver or white label with a model and serial number.
What it looks like
Model numbers are usually alphanumeric, for example RF28R7201SR. Entering the model in ApplianceQuoter is optional, but it helps us label estimates more carefully when model-family data exists.
Can't find it?
Skip the model step. You will still get useful ranges based on similar appliances — clearly labeled as such.
